The invention discloses a rapid sintering gunning mix for RH, which comprises the following components: 28.0-43.0 parts by weight of fused magnesite particles with the particle size of less than 5mm and greater than or equal to 3mm; 12.0-26.0 parts by weight of fused magnesite particles having a particle size of less than 3 mm and not less than 1 mm; 10.0-18.0 parts by weight of fused magnesite particles having a particle size of less than 1 mm and greater than or equal to 0.5 mm; 8.0-13.0 parts by weight of forsterite particles having a particle size of less than 1 mm and not less than 0.5 mm; 6.0-11.0 parts by weight of fused magnesite fine powder with a particle size of less than 0.088 mm; 2.0-7.0 parts by weight of forsterite fine powder with a particle size of less than 0.088 mm; 6.0 to 10.0 parts by weight of hydratable alumina micro powder; and 1.5 to 4.0 parts by weight of silica powder. The rapid sintering gunning mix also includes binding agent accounting for 4.5-5.5 wt% of the raw materials, and the water reducing agent accounting for 1.0-1.5 wt% of the raw materials. The invention also provides a preparation method of the rapid sintering gunning mix for RH.
