The gunning mix is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-90 parts of magnesite clinker granules, 15-30 parts of 180-mesh magnesite clinker powder, 2-6 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate or sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-6 parts of sodium bentonite, 2-6 parts of slaked lime, 2-6 parts of solid sodium silicate, 0.05-0.1 part of fiber and 20-25 parts of a composite sintering improver, wherein the composite sintering improver is a mixture of iron tailing powder, jade powder and aluminum ash. The sintering performance of an existing semi-dry method gunning material is optimally designed and improved, so that the semi-dry method gunning material is suitable for the gunning maintenance operation of the RH dip pipe, the adhesiveness is enhanced, the sintering performance is optimized, the erosion resistance is improved, the use effect of the RH gunning material is improved, and the purpose of effectively prolonging the service life of the RH dip pipe and the circulating pipe is achieved.
