Novel energy-saving lightweight mullite refractory material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly relates to a novel energy-saving light mullite refractory material and a preparation method thereof. The novel energy-saving light mullite refractory material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of a silicon-aluminum refractory material raw material, 30-60 parts of refractory material micro powder and 5-35 parts of an aggregate pellet core, wherein the addition amount of a binder is 3-5% of the total mass of all the raw materials. The novel energy-saving light mullite refractory material provided by the invention has the advantages of low apparent porosity, controllable pore size, excellent mechanical property, low heat conductivity coefficient, low raw material cost, environmental protection and energy conservation; and the invention also provides a preparation method of the novel energy-saving light mullite refractory material.
本发明涉及耐火材料术领域,具体涉及一种新型节能轻质莫来石耐火材料及其制备方法。所述的新型节能轻质莫来石耐火材料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:硅铝系耐火材料原料10‑40份,耐火材料微粉30‑60份,骨料丸芯5‑35份;粘结剂的添加量为上述所有原料的质量总和的3‑5%。本发明提供一种新型节能轻质莫来石耐火材料,具有显气孔率低、气孔尺寸可控、优异机械性能和低导热系数,原料成本低廉,环保节能的优势;本发明还提供其制备方法。
