The device comprises a distance fixing cross beam, two distance fixing blocks arranged on the distance fixing cross beam and distance fixing nails arranged on the distance fixing blocks, wherein the distance between the two distance fixing nails is a reference standard. Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that according to the scheme, the distance between the two distance nails is used as the reference standard, after the track beam is positioned, the distance nails are directly used for comparing the corresponding positions on the track beam, detection can be rapidly carried out, and whether the positioning precision of the track beam meets the requirement or not is rapidly judged according to the comparison result.
