The invention provides a fully-prefabricated assembled bridge which is characterized in that the bridge sequentially comprises a main beam, a cover beam, a bridge pier, a bearing platform and a pile foundation from top to bottom, and the main beam, the cover beam, the bridge pier, the bearing platform and the pile foundation are all constructed in a factory prefabrication and field assembly mode; the main beam is connected with the cover beam via a support; the cover beam and the pier are connected through a connecting device composed of a cover beam embedded steel plate, a cover beam steel casting, a pier top cylindrical sliding plate, a pier top steel casting, a pier top embedded steel plate, a pier top steel bar and a pier top nut; the pier and the bearing platform are connected through a connecting device composed of a bearing platform embedded part, a pier bottom embedded part, a pier bottom steel bar and a pier bottom nut; and the bearing platform and the pier foundation are connected via the support. According to the fully-prefabricated assembled bridge , force transmission is clear, construction is convenient and fast, full-prefabricated assembling construction and dismantling of a bridge structure are achieved, and the fully-prefabricated assembled bridge can be widely applied to rapid construction and dismantling projects of bridges.
本发明提供一种全预制拼装桥梁,其特征在于:所述桥梁自上而下依次为主梁、盖梁、桥墩、承台、桩基,均采用工厂预制、现场拼装的方式施工,其中主梁与盖梁之间采用支座连接,盖梁与桥墩之间采用由盖梁预埋钢板、盖梁铸钢件、墩顶柱面滑板、墩顶铸钢件、墩顶预埋钢板、墩顶钢棒、墩顶螺母组成的连接装置连接,桥墩与承台之间采用由承台预埋件、墩底预埋件、墩底钢棒、墩底螺母组成的连接装置连接,承台与桩基之间采用支座连接,本发明传力明确,施工便捷,实现了桥梁结构的全预制拼装施工与拆除,可广泛应用于桥梁的快速化建造与拆除项目。
