According to the full-prefabricated assembled bridge and the construction method, the full-prefabricated assembled bridge comprises a cast-in-place bearing platform, a prefabricated beam, a lower bridge pier stand column connected with the cast-in-place bearing platform, an upper bridge pier stand column connected with the prefabricated beam and a plurality of middle bridge pier stand columns sequentially connected from bottom to top; the cast-in-place bearing platform comprises a platform body, a groove formed in the upper surface of the platform body, a connecting structure arranged at the bottom of the groove and connected with a pier stand column on the lower portion, a profile steel anchoring key with the lower portion embedded in the platform body and the upper portion arranged in the groove and L-shaped anti-drawing steel bars distributed in the circumferential direction of the profile steel anchoring key, and a profile steel connecting structure is arranged at the top of the pier stand column on the upper portion. The precast beam is connected with the upper pier stand column through the profile steel connecting structure. The invention further discloses a construction method of the full-prefabricated bridge. According to the novel structural form and construction method of the full-prefabricated assembled bridge, full-prefabricated assembly of the bridge can be achieved, and the overall performance and anti-seismic performance of the whole structure can be obviously improved.
本发明的一种全预制装配桥梁及施工方法,其中,全预制装配桥梁包括现浇承台、预制梁、与现浇承台连接的下部桥墩立柱、与预制梁连接的上部桥墩立柱以及自下而上依次相连的多个中部桥墩立柱,现浇承台包括台体、设于台体上表面的凹槽、设于凹槽底部的与下部桥墩立柱相连的连接结构、下部埋设在台体中且上部设于凹槽中的型钢锚固键以及沿型钢锚固键周向分布的L形抗拉拔钢筋,上部桥墩立柱的顶部设置型钢连接构造,预制梁通过型钢连接构造与上部桥墩立柱连接;还包括全预制装配桥梁的施工方法。本发明提供一种新型的全预制装配桥梁的结构形式和施工方法,既可实现桥梁的全预制装配,又能明显提升结构整体的整体性能和抗震性能。
