The invention has a compact structure and can cool down the shock-absorbing springs in time. The situation that the durability of the reset damping support is affected due to the fact that heat in the damping spring cannot be dissipated is prevented, a proper damping mechanism can be selected according to different pressures borne by the upper bottom plate, and the reset damping support can bear different pressures.
