A sliding groove is formed in the inner wall of the rectangular groove, and the top of the screw rod is fixedly connected with a damping piece. According to the self-resetting friction damping shock absorption support, self-resetting of the support after vibration is facilitated, the shock absorption capacity of the support during vibration is improved, meanwhile, the shock absorption energy efficiency of the support is improved, and the service life of the support is prolonged.
