The invention discloses a water-rich weathered rock mountain high-stability slope protection structure and a construction method thereof. The problem that prestressed anchor rod steel bars of a protection wall are not firmly combined with a mountain rock stratum organically is solved. The water-rich weathered rock mountain high-stability slope protection structure comprises a step type sloping inclined plane (2) and a step type sloping horizontal plane (3) which are arranged on a mountain protection slope (1), wherein pit embedded steel bars (12), pit steel bar meshes (13) and pit filling concrete poured in a layered mode are arranged in a mountain sunken pit (4); slope surface coping anchor rods (9), drainage holes (6) and an inclined plane surface layer steel bar hanging net (8) are arranged on the step type sloping inclined plane (2); plane coping anchor rods (10) and a horizontal plane surface layer steel bar hanging net (11) are arranged on the step type sloping horizontal plane (3); and a transverse drainage ditch (5) is formed in the step outer end of the step type sloping horizontal plane (3) and communicates with a mountain drainage pipe net (7). The strength and rigidity of an undisturbed rock soil body are greatly improved.
