The invention discloses an assembled offshore wind power pile foundation scouring protection device. The device is provided with a center protection cylinder surrounding the periphery of a single pile foundation and a skirt plate arranged on the outer side of the center protection cylinder in a sleeving manner, wherein the longitudinal section of the skirt plate is a downwards-concave arc face; a protection pad is arranged on the inner side of the center protection cylinder; the skirt plate and the upper end of the center protection cylinder are fixed, and the lower end of the center protection cylinder is connected with the skirt plate through an annular bottom plate; radial partition plates and circumferential partition plates are arranged in an energy dissipation cavity formed by the annular bottom plate, the skirt plate and the center protection cylinder; energy dissipation holes are formed in the circumferential partition plates, the radial partition plates and the skirt plate; and energy dissipation blocks are fixed to the skirt plate. The device is formed by splicing at least two assembling units equally divided in the circumferential direction; the assembling units are of a steel-concrete structure; the two sides of each assembling unit are each provided with one radial partition plate; and hanging rings are arranged on the assembling units. The invention further discloses an installation method of the device. By means of the assembled offshore wind power pile foundation scouring protection device and the installation method thereof, soil around the offshore wind power foundation can be effectively protected and prevented from being scoured, installation is easy and convenient, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明公开了一种装配式海上风电桩基冲刷防护装置，该装置设有环绕在单桩基础周围的中心护筒以及套装在中心护筒外侧的裙板，裙板的纵断面为下凹的弧面，在中心护筒内侧设有护垫，裙板和中心护筒上端固定、下端通过环形底板连接，在由环形底板、裙板和中心护筒构成的消能腔室内设有径向隔板和周向隔板，在周向隔板、径向隔板和裙板上均设有消能孔，在裙板上固定有消能块；该装置是采用至少两瓣沿周向均分的装配单元拼接而成的，装配单元采用钢混结构，在装配单元的两侧各设有一个径向隔板，在装配单元上设有吊环。本发明还公开了上述装置的安装方法。本发明可有效保护海上风电基础周围的土体，使其避免冲刷，并且安装简便，造价低。
