The invention relates to a building construction water obtaining and saving configuration project. The configuration project comprises a water storage unit arranged on a building roof, and a sewage treatment unit, wherein the water storage unit comprises a hollow water storage tank, a planting module is arranged on the top face of the water storage tank, the water outlet end of the planting module communicates with the interior of the water storage tank, a water pipe is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank, and the water pipe communicates with a water supply pipeline of a building; and the water inlet end of the sewage treatment unit communicates with the water outlet end of a sewage pipeline in the building, a water conveying device is arranged between the sewage treatment unit and the water storage unit, the water conveying device is used for conveying purified domestic sewage to the planting module for use, and the water outlet end of the sewage treatment unit is used for communicating with a municipal drainage system. According to the scheme, domestic sewage generated by buildings can be purified and recycled on site, the utilization rate of water resources can be effectively increased, and the treatment pressure of municipal sewage treatment plants can be reduced.
