The invention discloses an environment-friendly fabricated building wall. The wall comprises a plurality of assembly bodies, wherein one side edge of any assembly body can abut against one side edge of the other assembly body and is connected with one side edge of the other assembly body through a transition block; each assembly body comprises a first panel, a second panel and an embedded panel set, a connecting rod is arranged on the inner side face of the first panel, and a positioning block is arranged at the end, back to the first panel, of the connecting rod; a screw rod is arranged on the inner side surface of the second panel, a through hole is formed in the positioning block, and the screw rod can penetrate through the through hole and is locked and fixed on the positioning block through a nut; the embedded panel set comprises at least one interlayer; and the first panel, the embedded panel set and the second panel can be embedded in sequence, and after the first panel, the embedded panel set and the second panel are embedded, all side edges of the first panel, the embedded panel set and the second panel are flush in the front-back direction. According to the wall, the embedded panel sets with different thicknesses can be arranged between the first panel and the second panel by building personnel according to the requirements of different users, so that the flexibility and the designability are enhanced, and the waste of materials is effectively avoided.
