The invention discloses a self-adaptive deformation fabricated wall which is arranged between a building floor and a building ceiling structure, the end of the fabricated wall in the length direction extends to a built structural body, and the fabricated wall comprises one or more unit wall bodies. The building floor and the building ceiling structure are each provided with a rail arranged in the length direction of the fabricated wall. An adjusting gap is formed between the fabricated wall body and the built structure body, the built structure body is provided with an elastic support with elasticity, a first groove is formed in the end of the fabricated wall body in the length direction, and the elastic support is inserted into the first groove and abuts against the fabricated wall body.
