The invention discloses a self-locking environment-friendly fabricated wall body which comprises a first connecting wall body, an embedded part, a second connecting wall body and an embedded groove, the embedded part is fixed to the right end of the first connecting wall body, the second connecting wall body is arranged on the right side of the embedded part, the embedded groove is formed in the second connecting wall body, and the self-locking environment-friendly fabricated wall body further comprises a rubber air bag; and the rubber air bag is installed at the end, away from the first connecting wall body, of the embedded part, and the left side of the rubber air bag is connected with one end of a connecting pipe. According to the self-locking environment-friendly fabricated wall body, the first connecting wall body and the second connecting wall body each comprise a main wall body, a heat preservation layer, a noise reduction layer and a protection layer, the main wall bodies, the heat preservation layers, the noise reduction layers and the protection layers are arranged from inside to outside, the heat preservation layers are made of rock wool boards, meanwhile, the noise reduction layers are made of sound insulation cotton materials, and therefore when the fabricated wall body is used, the noise reduction layers are made of sound insulation cotton materials; and the effects of heat preservation and noise reduction can be achieved, noise is effectively weakened, and therefore the environment-friendly performance of the fabricated wall in the using process is improved.
