The parking mechanism comprises a parking garage, a base of the parking garage, a support device and a rotary lifting access device, wherein the support device is connected with the base and is used for supporting the base, so that a preset distance can be kept between the base and the ground; the parking garage is used for placing to-be-parked vehicles; and the rotary lifting access device is arranged on the ground, penetrates through the parking garage and the base and is used for controlling the vehicles to reach parking spaces in the parking garage from the ground in a lifting and rotating mode. The technical problem that a large number of ground resources are occupied by the parking garage is solved.
