The invention discloses a parking mechanism and an intelligent parking system.The parking mechanism is used for enabling a battery replacing vehicle to move between a parking space and a battery replacing position in a battery replacing station, and the parking mechanism comprises a parking plate arranged on the parking space and used for bearing the battery replacing vehicle; a track is arranged at the position, away from the ground by a certain height, of the walking grabbing mechanism and the battery replacing station, the walking grabbing mechanism reciprocates between the parking space and the battery replacing station along the track, the walking grabbing mechanism comprises a driving piece and a locking piece, the driving piece drives the locking piece to be locked or unlocked with the parking plate, and when the locking piece is matched with the parking plate in a locking mode, the locking piece is locked or unlocked. And the walking grabbing mechanism lifts the parking plate to drive the battery replacing vehicle to move between the parking space and the battery replacing position. The technical problems that in the prior art, manual parking is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the battery replacing efficiency is low can be solved, meanwhile, the space layout of the battery replacing station can be optimized, on the premise that the battery replacing efficiency is ensured, the number of the vehicles replacing the battery in the same time period can be increased, and the situation that queuing is needed in the battery replacing station is avoided.
