A floor heating pipe clamping seat fixed to a polystyrene board is designed into a split type, and an elastic barb which is arranged in a herringbone shape is fixedly connected to the top end of each needle body; each arched clamping block is folded into a cuboid frame shape by a thin iron sheet, and the two arched clamping blocks are symmetrically arranged to form two clamp bodies for clamping the floor heating pipe; firstly, the position of the clamping seat arranged on the polystyrene board is determined, the two needle bodies on a base disc puncture upwards from the lower bottom surface of the polystyrene board at the arrangement position of the clamping seat, the elastic barbs arranged in the herringbone shape penetrate through the polystyrene board and then are arranged above the polystyrene board, the elastic barbs arranged in the herringbone shape are inserted into gaps in the lower bottom surfaces of the arched clamping blocks, elastic clamp body clamping for the floor heating pipe is constructed and completed, the floor heating pipe is clamped and fixed into the pair of clamp bodies, and a concrete filling layer is poured.
