Process for preparing high-strength sulphoaluminate cement from red mud
The invention discloses a process for preparing high-strength sulphoaluminate cement from red mud, which comprises the following steps: adding nano calcium carbonate into water, adding a dispersing agent, stirring at a high speed of 1000-2000r/min for 1-2 hours, adding fly ash, feeding into a grinding machine, and mixing and grinding for 1-2 hours to obtain pretreated fly ash; drying red mud until the water content is not higher than 2wt%, adding limestone and alumina, uniformly mixing, adding the pretreated fly ash in a stirring state, and grinding until the fineness is 100-200 meshes to obtain a cement raw material; adding the cement raw material into a rotary kiln, calcining for 20-40 minutes at the calcining temperature of 1350-1450 DEG C, and cooling to room temperature to obtain cement clinker; and adding gypsum and limestone into the cement clinker, uniformly mixing, adding into a ball mill, and grinding until the specific surface area is 450-650m < 2 >/kg to obtain the high-strength sulphoaluminate cement.
