Visible-light-responsive modified photocatalytic pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to visible-light-responsive modified photocatalytic pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The photocatalyst of the pervious concrete is prepared from urea and o-aminobenzonitrile through copolymerization modification, and the spectral response range of the photocatalyst to visible light is widened. The photocatalytic pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-20% of cement, 5-8% of water, 70-75% of coarse aggregate, 0.1-0.3% of a water reducing agent, 0.5-3% of a modified photocatalyst and 4-6% of fly ash, and the photocatalyst can be loaded on the pervious concrete in three modes of surface coating, doping and soaking. The photocatalyst pervious concrete prepared by the invention not only has good pervious performance, but also has a good photocatalytic degradation effect on organic pollutants, and the pervious and self-cleaning concrete plays an important role in solving urban inland inundation, reducing underground water pollution caused by surface runoff and relieving urban heat island benefits.
本发明涉及一种可见光响应的改性光催化透水混凝土及其制备方法。该透水混凝土的光催化剂由尿素与邻氨基苯甲腈共聚合改性制得,增强了光催化剂对可见光的光谱响应范围。本发明的光催化透水混凝土按重量百分比计,其原料组成为:水泥15~20%,水5~8%,粗骨料70~75%,减水剂0.1~0.3%,改性光催化剂0.5~3%,粉煤灰4~6%;所用光催化剂可通过表面涂覆、掺入、浸泡三种方式负载于透水混凝土。本发明制备的光催化剂透水混凝土不仅具有良好的透水性能,而且对有机污染物有良好的光催化降解效果,这种透水、自净混凝土对解决城市内涝,减少地面径流对地下水污染,缓解城市热岛效益具有重要作用。
