The invention relates to self-curing regenerated brick-concrete aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The self-curing regenerated brick-concrete aggregate concrete comprises a gelling component, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, a water reducing agent and water; the coarse aggregate comprises one or two of natural broken stone and tailing waste stone, and further comprises regenerated brick-mixed aggregate; and the regenerated brick-mixed coarse aggregate accounts for 10-30% of the volume of the coarse aggregate. According to the invention, natural aggregate in the concrete is partially replaced by the regenerated brick-concrete coarse aggregate, and the regenerated brick-concrete aggregate concrete with excellent self-curing and thermal insulation properties is developed by combining the characteristics of high porosity and high water absorption of the regenerated brick-concrete aggregate.
