The slurry comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8-10% of a curing agent, 8-12% of Portland cement and 78-84% of silty clay. The curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8 to 12 percent of semi-hydrated gypsum, 40 to 45 percent of calcium aluminate, 30 to 40 percent of silica powder, 5 to 10 percent of alunite and 5 to 10 percent of quick lime. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing the prepared curing agent, the Portland cement and the silty clay with water. Through cooperation of the raw materials, the grouting slurry with high strength, high waterproofness, high temperature resistance and high acid and alkali corrosion resistance can be prepared. The grouting slurry can be prepared by mixing and stirring the raw materials with water, the groutability of the grouting slurry is high, the grouting slurry can be suitable for a common grouting machine, the requirement for grouting equipment is low, and the application range of the grouting slurry is greatly widened.
