The invention discloses a building ceramic plate/brick. The building ceramic plate/brick is composed of a base material and an additive, the base material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5 to 40 percents of a plastic raw material, 20 to 50 percents of a fluxing raw material and 15 to 50 percents of inorganic fiber; and the additive comprises an organic reinforcing agent and a water reducing agent, the addition amount of the organic reinforcing agent is 0-5 wt% relative to the base material, and the addition amount of the water reducing agent is 0.01-1.0 wt% relative to the base material. In addition, the invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the building ceramic plate/brick and a manufactured product. Through formula design, the inorganic fibers are introduced into the green body for reinforcing and toughening, and meanwhile, the low-temperature fluxing raw materials are introduced to realize low-temperature firing and avoid high-temperature melting failure of the inorganic fibers, so that the product performance is remarkably improved, the energy consumption and the production cost are reduced, and the technical application and development of the building ceramic plate/brick industry are promoted.
本发明公开了一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,由基料和添加剂组成;所述基料的原料组成为可塑性原料5~40wt%、助熔性原料20~50w%、无机纤维15~50w%;所述添加剂为有机增强剂、减水剂,相对于基料,有机增强剂的加入量为0~5wt%、减水剂的加入量为0.01~1.0wt%。此外,还公开了上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法和制得的产品。本发明通过配方设计,向坯体中引入无机纤维进行增强增韧,同时引入低温助熔性原料实现低温烧成和避免无机纤维的高温融解失效,从而显著提高了产品性能,并降低了能耗和生产成本,有利于促进建筑陶瓷板/砖行业的技术应用和发展。
