The invention discloses a dry ramming material for a continuous casting tundish as well as a preparation method and application of the dry ramming material. The dry ramming material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 45 parts of fused magnesite, 20 to 35 parts of medium-grade magnesite, 25 to 35 parts of reignition magnesite, 2 to 8 parts of limestone and 3 to 10 parts of boron carbide (B4C). The components in the ramming material cooperate with one another, the prepared ramming material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, scouring resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high stability, strong oxidation resistance and the like, the high temperature resistance of a tundish working layer is improved, sintering is avoided, the erosion resistance of steel slag to a slag line part of the working layer is greatly improved, ladle sticking and sintering are avoided, and ladle turning is easy; and the requirements of steelmaking continuous casting production are met, and smooth production is ensured.
本发明公开一种连铸中间包干式捣打料及其制备方法与应用。以重量份数计,该捣打料包括:电熔镁砂25‑45份,中档镁砂20‑35份,重燃镁砂25‑35份,石灰石2‑8份,碳化硼(B4C)3‑10份。本发明捣打料中各组分相互配合,制备得到的捣打料具有耐高温、耐冲刷、耐酸碱、稳定性高、抗氧化性能强等特点,提高了中间包工作层的耐高温性能,不会发生烧结,大大提高钢渣对工作层的渣线部位的抗侵蚀能力,不粘包、不烧结,翻包容易,满足炼钢连铸生产的需求,确保生产的顺利进行。
