Telescopic frost heaving prevention and heat accumulation self-protection device and roadbed thereof
The invention provides a telescopic frost heaving prevention and heat accumulation self-protection device and a roadbed thereof, and relates to the technical field of disease prevention and control of engineering construction in a seasonal frozen soil region. In the device, a solar heat absorber, a heat collecting pipe and a circulating pump are sequentially connected end to end through a circulating pipe to form a circulating loop, the circulating loop is filled with a circulating working medium, and the heat collecting pipe is used for being inserted into a roadbed. According to the solar heat absorber, a liquid inlet connector and a liquid outlet connector are installed on the lower portion and the upper portion of a shell respectively and connected to the two ends of a circulating pipe respectively, the liquid inlet connector, a circulating hose, a telescopic pipe and the liquid outlet connector are sequentially communicated, a solar heat absorbing plate is connected to the upper portion of the telescopic pipe, and the telescopic pipe can stretch out and draw back in the height direction of the shell. The device not only can realize balanced and flat heating of the roadbed and effectively avoid engineering diseases such as frost heaving and non-uniform fluctuation of the roadbed in the seasonal frozen soil region, but also can automatically empty the circulating working medium in the solar heat absorber and prevent the circulating working medium from reaching the boiling point to influence the stability and sealing performance of the device in summer.
本发明提供一种伸缩式防冻胀聚热自保护装置及其路基,涉及季节冻土区工程建设病害防治技术领域。该装置中,太阳能吸热器、聚热管和循环泵通过循环管依次首尾连接,形成循环回路,循环回路中填充有循环工质,聚热管用于插入路基。该太阳能吸热器中,进液接头和出液接头分别安装在壳体的下部和上部、且分别连接在循环管的两端,进液接头、循环软管、伸缩管、出液接头依次连通,太阳能吸热板连接在伸缩管的上方,伸缩管可沿壳体的高度方向伸缩。该装置不仅能够实现路基均衡、平整加热,有效避免季节冻土区路基冻胀、不均匀起伏等工程病害的产生,还能够自动排空太阳能吸热器中的循环工质,避免夏季循环工质达到沸点影响装置的稳定性和密封性。
