The invention provides a self-circulation frost heaving prevention heat gathering device and a roadbed thereof, and relates to the technical field of disease prevention and control of engineering construction in a seasonal frozen soil region. The self-circulation frost heaving prevention heat gathering device comprises a solar heat absorption box, a circulation power unit and a heat gathering pipe which sequentially communicate end to end through a circulation pipe to form a circulation loop, the circulation loop is filled with a circulation working medium, and the heat gathering pipe is used for being inserted into the roadbed and transferring heat of the circulation working medium into the roadbed. Therefore, the solar heat absorption box absorbs solar radiation energy and converts the solar radiation energy into internal heat energy to heat the circulation working medium. The circulation power unit pushes the heated circulation working medium to flow to transfer heat. The heat gathering pipe continuously releases heat in the roadbed to heat a soil body around the heat gathering pipe, so that the roadbed is always in the process of net heat absorption and continuous accumulation of internal heat, the internal heat of the roadbed is collected, the temperature is always kept in a positive temperature state, and the purpose of preventing and treating engineering diseases such as roadbed soil body freezing and roadbed frost heaving is achieved.
本发明提供了一种自循环防冻胀聚热装置及其路基,涉及季节冻土区工程建设病害防治技术领域。自循环防冻胀聚热装置包括通过循环管依次首尾连通、形成循环回路的太阳能吸热箱、循环动力单元和聚热管,循环回路中填充有循环工质,聚热管用于插入路基、并将循环工质的热量传递至路基的内部。这样,太阳能吸热箱吸收太阳辐射能转换为内部热能加热循环工质;循环动力单元推动受热后的循环工质流动、传递热量;通过聚热管在路基的内部不断放热,加热聚热管周围的土体,使路基始终处于净吸热和内部热量不断累积的过程中,达到路基内部聚热和温度始终保持正温的状态,从而达到防治路基土体冻结、路基冻胀等工程病害发生的目的。
