The method comprises the technical steps of 1, installing formworks between an upper bearing platform and a lower bearing platform; 2, installing a detection pipeline at a sealing area position close to four corners of the upper bearing platform, and installing a sensor in the pipeline as a means for checking process reliability and a quality supervision means; 3, preparing slurry; 4, performing quality detection on the slurry uniformly stirred in the step 3, and enabling the slurry to enter a storage tank through a filter screen after technical indexes of the slurry meet requirements specified by specifications; 5, pressing the grout checked in the fourth step into the sealing area through a grouting device; and 6, removing the mold after the strength of the slurry reaches a specified value; quality control is carried out through the vibration sensor, the grouting quality of post-sealing concrete meets the construction requirement, the safety and integrity of a bridge structure are effectively guaranteed, and loads on the upper portion of a bearing platform can be reasonably transmitted to a foundation part.
