A swivel bridge swivel construction monitoring system is characterized in that a digital weighing system is mounted between an upper bearing platform and a lower bearing platform, beam body deflection monitoring systems are mounted at the centers of two ends of a beam body, and space attitude measuring systems are mounted at the centers of the two ends of the beam body and on the left and right sides of the beam body; the rotating vertical shaft monitoring system is installed on the rotating axis of a beam surface, the beam body axis positioning system is installed at the end of a beam body, and the digital weighing system is used for conducting balance weighing on the beam body; the beam body deflection monitoring system is used for monitoring the downwarping value of the beam body; the space attitude measurement system is used for measuring the space attitude, the rotation angle and the rotation angular velocity of the beam body in the rotation process of the beam body; the rotating vertical shaft monitoring system is used for measuring the three-dimensional coordinate, the horizontal azimuth angle and the rotating shaft deviation value of the rotating center in the rotating process of the beam body; and the beam body axis positioning system is used for guiding the beam body axis to be in place and observing transverse and longitudinal deviation values of the in-place beam body. The design is stable in monitoring and high in monitoring precision.
