Building shock insulation support and jacking-free replacement method thereof
The invention discloses a building shock insulation support and a jacking-free replacement method thereof. The building shock insulation support comprises a shock insulation rubber support, an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate and a connecting piece, wherein the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are arranged on the upper end face and the lower end face of the shock insulation rubber support correspondingly. According to the jacking-free replacement method, the shock insulation support is located between a lower buttress and an upper buttress. The replacement method comprises the following steps that a, structural design calculation is conducted; b, supporting system design calculation is conducted; c, a supporting system is in place; d, lower buttress concrete within the anchoring range is removed; e, an old shock insulation support is removed; f, an embedded part is installed and fixed; g, formwork erecting and concrete pouring are conducted on the lower buttress; h, a new shock insulation support is installed; and i, the supporting system is dismounted. The combination scheme of combining lower buttress re-pouring with shock insulation support pre-compression is adopted, the shock insulation support replacement space is obtained, structural design calculation is simpler than that of a jacking replacement manner, adopted replacement equipment is simpler, and the replacement difficulty and cost of the shock insulation support are greatly reduced.
