The fabricated building structure insulation board comprises an outer waterproof layer, a middle insulation layer and an inner insulation layer, wherein dovetail protruding strips are arranged on the inner and outer sides of the middle insulation layer, and the dovetail protruding strip on the outer side of the middle insulation layer is connected with a first dovetail groove which is correspondingly formed in the outer waterproof layer in a matched mode, and the dovetail protruding strip on the inner side of the middle insulation layer is connected with a second dovetail groove which is correspondingly formed in the inner insulation layer in a matched mode. According to the fabricated building structure insulation board, the problems of poor insulation, water resistance and moisture insulation performance, complexity in installation and long working procedure of an existing building insulation layer can be effectively solved.
