The invention discloses a precast beam component, and belongs to the field of fabricated buildings. An integral component is formed by pouring steel and concrete, and comprises socket holes and protruding ribs; a plurality of downward penetrating socket holes are distributed in the beam end head; ribs protruding upwards are arranged in the middle of a beam surface layer; the protruding ribs are built by embedding the open end part of a C-shaped metal plate into a beam body and pouring concrete; and the surface layer of the C-shaped metal plate is connected with rivet heads. The component can be precast in a factory in advance; the two sides of the beam surface layer are used for placing floor cover plates, and the rivet heads are connected with hanging openings of the corresponding floor cover plates in a clamped and hung mode; and the component has the characteristics of quick lap joint with the floor cover plates and convenient disassembly.
