The invention discloses an assembled skirting board and a mounting method. The skirting board comprises a fixed clamping seat (3) and a skirting line (1), wherein the fixed clamping seat (3) comprises a wall-attached part (4) and hook parts (5) positioned at two ends; the wall-attached part (4) is convex; the fixed clamping seat (3) is fixed on a wall surface through the wall-attached part (4); the hook parts (5) are used for hooking the skirting line (1) to fix the skirting line (1); the skirting line (1) comprises a board body and two inserts (6); and the inserts (6) are embedded into the hook parts (5) to fix the skirting line (1). The mounting method comprises the following steps of: performing infrared paying-off positioning; mounting the fixed clamping seat (3) through a self-tapping screw (2), and adjusting the horizontal perpendicularity; and mounting the aluminum alloy skirting line (1), and gluing. According to the assembled skirting board and the mounting method, the defect of nail marks on the surface of the skirting line is ingeniously overcome through the fixed clamping seat; and the assembled skirting board is simple in structure, attractive in appearance, flexible to mount and detach and very firm to use.
