The invention provides a mounting structure for a fabricated skirting board. The mounting structure comprises a keel fixedly connected to a wall base layer, and a skirting board assembly which comprises an inner skirting board and an outer skirting board in clamped connection with the inner skirting board, the inner skirting board is fixedly connected with the keel, and the outer skirting board islocated on the outer side of the inner skirting board; the inner skirting board comprises a connecting plate and a first clamped-connection plate, and the first clamped-connection plate is located onthe inner side of the connecting plate; the outer skirting board comprises a decorating plate and a second clamped-connection plate, and the second clamped-connection plate is located on the inner side of the decorating plate; and the first clamped-connection plate is in clamped connection with the second clamped-connection plate. Compared with the prior art, the mounting structure has the following advantages that mounting is convenient and fast, temporary fixation for waiting is not needed, no fixing part is arranged on the outer sides of the skirting boards either, and thus overall attractiveness and the mounting effect are better.
