The invention discloses a structure and a method for synchronously constructing an ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) plate along with a main body. The construction structure comprises the ALC plate and a structural beam above the ALC plate, wherein aluminum film plates are respectively mounted on two sides of the ALC plate; the aluminum film plates and an aluminum back edge formwork are fixed to form a whole body; the ALC plate is a vertical plate; steel bars are mounted on the structural beam; and the aluminum film plates on the two sides of the ALC plate are pulled and reinforced. In the construction of the main body, the installation construction of inserting the ALC plate is advanced by utilizing an outer scaffold, so that synchronous construction of the ALC plate and the main body is realized, and the problems of inconvenience in construction and safety risks caused by secondary mounting are successfully solved.
