The invention discloses a double-shaft rotating arm hinge structure which is composed of a door frame half hinge, a rotating arm, a door leaf half hinge, a shaft 1, a shaft 2, a plane bearing 1, a plane bearing 2, a rotating arm limiting buckle plate, a guide riveting column, a buckle plate spring and a door leaf decoration piece. The two ends of the shaft hole 1 and the shaft hole 2 of the rotating arm are provided with a plane bearing 1 and a plane bearing 2, the door frame half hinge is connected with the shaft hole 1 end of the rotating arm through the shaft 1, and the two ends of the shaft 1 are riveted or welded and fixed with the outer ends of the shaft holes 3 of the two edge rolling parts of the door frame half hinge. The door leaf half hinge is connected with the shaft hole 2 end of the rotating arm through a shaft 2, and the two ends of the shaft 2 are fixed to the outer ends of the two rolling parts of the door leaf half hinge in a riveted or welded mode.
