The invention discloses a multifunctional escape ladder outside a high-rise wall. The multifunctional escape ladder comprises a main frame, wherein the front end of the main frame is connected with two rows of telescopic connecting rods; a plurality of fixed rods are connected between the two rows of telescopic connecting rods; a plurality of cross rods are welded on the front end surface, the left end surface and the right end surface of the main frame; the bottoms of the front end surface, the left end surface and the right end surface of the main frame are connected with telescopic fences; the end surface of one side, connected with a wall body, of the main frame is connected with a fixed escalator; the fixed escalator is connected with a movable escalator; the bottoms of the telescopic fences at the left side and the right side are connected with the bottom of the frame of the movable escalator; the telescopic fence positioned on the front end surface of the main frame is connected with the telescopic fences positioned at the left side and the right side of the main frame; the upper end of the movable escalator is connected with a beam; and the beam is movably connected on the frames at the two sides of the fixed escalator. The multifunctional escape ladder outside the high-rise wall disclosed by the invention is mutually connected from top to bottom, and can be automatically opened; and a protective fence is arranged outside the escalator, so that safety performance is high.
