Machine-made sand regulator for concrete
The invention discloses a machine-made sand regulator for concrete. The machine-made sand regulator comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-5 parts of glycerol, 0.01-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.01-0.05 part of an air entraining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a retarder and 80-95 parts of deionized water. Synthetic hyperbranched ether reacts with isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, acrylic acid and unsaturated phosphoric acid monoester monomer to form a hyperbranched carboxylic acid water reducer, and the unsaturated phosphoric acid monoester monomer is used for further modifying the carboxylic acid water reducer in the process. The water reducing agent obtained in the invention not only has the characteristics of a carboxylic acid water reducing agent, but also has the characteristics of a phosphate water reducing agent, and due to the hyperbranched structure of the molecular structure, cement particles can enter the space of the hyperbranched structure, so that the distribution of the cement particles is more stable, and the slump retentivity of concrete is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于混凝土的机制砂调节剂,包括以下重量份的原料:减水剂2‑5份、分散剂1‑3份、甘油2‑5份、消泡剂0.01‑0.5份、引气剂0.01‑0.05份、缓凝剂0.1‑0.3份、去离子水80‑95份。且本发明利用合成超支化醚与异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸、不饱和磷酸单酯单体反应,形成超支化羧酸减水剂,在此过程中利用了不饱和磷酸单酯单体进一步对羧酸减水剂进行改性;本发明中获得的减水剂不但具有羧酸减水剂的特点,还具有磷酸酯类减水剂的特性,且由于分子结构的超支化,水泥颗粒可以进入超支化结构的空间中,使其分布更加稳定,提高了混泥土的坍落度保持性。
