The invention relates to an enhancement regulator for machine-made sand concrete. The enhancement regulator is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of active exciting agent for treating solid waste, 10 to 30 parts of alcohol amine compound, 5 to 20 parts of dispersing agent, 4 to 10 parts of penetrating agent, 3 to 8 parts of thickening agent, 30 to 50 parts of potassium silicate, 2 to 30 parts of additive and 500 to 600 parts of water, wherein the active exciting agent is a copolymerization substance formed by coupling a silica-containing body and silane-bonded inorganic polymer aluminosilicate mineral with a polyelectrolyte dispersing agent. The enhancement regulator for machine-made sand concrete provided by the invention can stimulate the activity of fly ash, can promote the fracture of Si-O bonds and Al-O bonds of fly ash, accelerates the hydration speed of fly ash, and can stimulate and destroy silica network crystals of mineral powder, so that a glass body is disintegrated and participates in the hydration reaction of a base material, and further hydrolysis of slag and sodium silicate is promoted.
