Environment-friendly inorganic artificial stone and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building decoration materials, and particularly discloses an environment-friendly inorganic artificial stone and a preparation method thereof. The inorganic artificial stone comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-65% of copper tailings, 5-25% of waste concrete, 22-30% of cement, 4-6% of water, 0.5-2% of a water reducing agent, 1-3% of an additive and 0-1% of a pigment, wherein the total proportion of the copper tailings and the waste concrete does not exceed 70%. The preparation method comprises the steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials, uniformly mixing the water and the water reducing agent, adding the mixture into the raw materials, uniformly stirring, adding the cement, uniformly stirring, adding the additive, uniformly stirring, flatly laying the mixture in a mold, carrying out vibration compression molding, and demolding to obtain a rough board; and sequentially performing steam curing and natural curing on the rough board, and performing fixed-thickness polishing to obtain the environment-friendly inorganic artificial stone. According to the inorganic artificial stone, quartz sand is completely replaced by the copper tailings and the waste concrete, the performance is excellent, the process is simple, and the cost is low.
