Method for rapidly repairing crack by using alkali-activated material
The invention discloses a method for quickly repairing cracks by using an alkali-activated material, and the method comprises the following steps: mixing quick lime, calcium chloride, blast furnace slag, sodium bentonite, magnesium carbonate, citric acid, niobium dioxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfide and silicon dioxide, adding ethyl cellulose and chitosan, and performing mixing to obtain an alkali-activated grouting material; heating the asphalt to 150-165 DEG C, adding the gypsum powder, adding the gravel and the quartz sand, and performing paving; adding the alkali-activated grouting material until the porosity is 98%-100%, and then performing maintenance. When the crack is repaired through the method, rapid condensation can be achieved, the final setting time is shortened, and therefore the crack is rapidly repaired.
本发明公开了一种利用碱激发材料快速修复裂缝的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将生石灰、氯化钙、高炉矿渣、钠基膨润土、碳酸镁、柠檬酸、二氧化铌、氢氧化钠、硫化钠、二氧化硅混合后,加入乙基纤维素和壳聚糖,混合得到碱激发灌浆料;将沥青加热至150‑165℃,加入石膏粉,然后加入碎石、石英砂,铺筑;加入所述的碱激发灌浆料,至孔隙率为98%‑100%,再进行养护。经过本发明的方法修复裂缝,能够快速凝结,并且终凝时间减少,从而快速修复裂缝。
