The invention discloses an alkali-activated material for repairing concrete cracks and a preparation method of the alkali-activated material. The alkali-activated material comprises the following components: 30%-50% of modified S95 mineral powder, 10%-20% of natural gypsum, 5%-10% of quick lime, 10%-20% of I-grade fly ash, 3%-5% of nano SiO2 and 0%-30% of steel slag powder. A net structure is formed through cross lapping of gel substances so as to form certain strength, on one hand, the addition of natural gypsum can play a role in assisting in grinding, on the other hand, a mechanochemical coupling effect can be generated so as to further improve the activity of mineral powder, and on one hand, the doping of I-grade fly ash and nano SiO2 can form a tightest stacking state to formoverlap effect, and on the other hand, the fluidity and the early strength of the material are further improved.
