The invention relates to a self-flow type cemented filling material containing superfine tail mud, a preparation method and application thereof. The raw materials of the cemented filling material comprise a cementing material, aggregate and water; the cementing material comprises the following components by weight: 40-80 parts of converter steel slag, 5-30 parts of desulfurized gypsum and 0-20 parts of desulfurized ash; the aggregate comprises superfine tail mud; the mass ratio of the cementing material to the aggregate is 1:4-6; and the slurry concentration is 55-70%. According to the filling material, a large amount of superfine tail mud is effectively utilized, cement clinker and slag powder are not doped, good compressive strength capable of being industrially applied can be shown without adding an exciting agent, an early strength agent and other additives, and the filling material can be used as a mining filling material; the cemented filling material provided by the invention reasonably solves the problem of stockpiling of solid wastes such as superfine tail mud, steel slag and desulfurization byproducts, and greatly reduces the industrial application cost.
本发明涉及一种含超细尾泥的自流胶结充填料及其制备方法和应用,该胶结充填料的原料包括胶凝材料、骨料和水;胶凝材料按重量份数计包括:转炉钢渣40‑80份,脱硫石膏5‑30份,脱硫灰0‑20份;骨料包括超细尾泥;胶凝材料与骨料的质量之比为1:4‑6;料浆浓度为55‑70%。该充填料有效利用了大量超细尾泥,不掺入水泥熟料和矿渣粉,并且无需添加激发剂、早强剂等外加剂即可显示出良好的可工业应用的抗压强度,可用于采矿充填料,本发明提供的胶结充填料合理解决了超细尾泥、钢渣以及脱硫副产物等固废堆存的难题,并极大地降低了工业应用成本。
