A preparation method of novel superfine tailing cemented filling slurry belongs to the technical field of mine filling and is characterized in that superfine tailings are made into balls, and the tailings balls, the superfine tailings, cementing powder and water are uniformly mixed and stirred through a stirring system and then are conveyed to a goaf through a mine filling system; the superfine tailings and the cementing powder are put into a disc of a mining pelletizer in proportion, the mining pelletizer is started to enable the disc to rotate continuously, water is evenly sprayed to the outermost surface of the mixed dry material in the disc through a spraying system, the mixed dry material is changed into spherical particles from particles under the action of capillary force and extrusion force, and the spherical particles are dried. The tailing balls have certain strength after being maintained in a normal-temperature maintenance workshop; and the tailing ball clusters with certain strength, the superfine tailings, the cementing powder and the water are uniformly stirred through a stirring system to prepare the filling slurry. According to the method, all the mine superfine tailings can be utilized, the cost of a cementing material is saved, the strength of a filling body is enhanced, the mine production safety is guaranteed, the economic benefits of enterprises are improved, and the technical implementation cost is low.
