Thermal degreasing rate control method for gel-casting ceramic green body
The invention relates to a thermal degreasing rate control method for a gel-casting ceramic green body. The method comprises the following steps of: performing non-isothermal thermal weight loss analysis on the gel-casting ceramic green body, obtaining pyrolysis kinetic parameters of a polymer by adopting a thermal analysis kinetic method, and then constructing a staged temperature rise control algorithm in a thermal degreasing process of the ceramic green body, so that accurate prediction and controllability of the thermal degreasing rate of the ceramic green body are realized. The method is suitable for the complex situation that a gel polymer in a ceramic green body has multiple pyrolysis peaks, the whole thermal degreasing process is subjected to staged heat preservation and further optimization, the calculation period is shorter than one minute, and the application range is wide.
