The defoaming polycarboxylate superplasticizer for cement concrete provided by the invention has the functions of defoaming and foam inhibition while having a high water reducing effect, is strong in defoaming capability and high in stability, and effectively overcomes the problem of poor gas content control effect caused by poor compatibility and poor placement stability due to compounding of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a defoaming agent.
