The upper end of a base is connected to a steel column in a nested mode, a fixing strip is installed at the lower end of the interior of the base, a first bearing is rotationally arranged at the lower end of the fixing strip, a connecting rod swings on one side of the first bearing, a second bearing is rotationally arranged on the side, away from the first bearing, of the connecting rod, a fixing plate is installed on the outer side of the second bearing, when a steel column moves downwards, a fixing strip and a first bearing swing at an angle, the first bearing and a second bearing swing at an angle through a connecting rod, and when a sliding block slides inside a sliding rail, due to the fact that the sliding rail is in a wave folding shape, a push rod swings left and right on one side of the sliding rail, meanwhile a limiting frame slides inside an outer sliding groove, along with gradual extrusion of the steel column to the fixing strip, the support on one side of the push rod generates inertia in a swinging process, a push block slides on one side of the support, the push block is extruded to one side of the sliding frame in the sliding process, and embedding strips on the two sides of the sliding frame are arranged with clamping blocks in a staggered and embedded mode.
