The supporting cross beams are sequentially connected to form an upper frame, the supporting cross beams are installed on the supporting plates, damping is provided for the supporting cross beams through the damping units, and the upper beam plates are laid on the upper frame. Vibration borne by the supporting cross beam can be reduced, noise generated by vibration can be reduced, the situation that a steel structure deforms due to the fact that the amplitude of vibration borne by the steel structure is too large is prevented, and the stability of the building steel structure is improved.
