Construction process of insulation outer wall
The invention relates to a construction process of an insulation outer wall. The construction process comprises the following steps of (S1) processing a base layer: smearing a mortar leveling layer on the outer side wall of an outer wall body; (S2) installing support pieces, and laying insulation boards: arranging the support pieces which are used for bearing the insulation boards between every two adjacent layers of insulation boards on the outer wall body, wherein the support pieces are fixedly arranged on the outer wall body and are located at the splicing seam of every two vertically-adjacent insulation boards, the support pieces comprise mounting plates which are fixedly connected to the outer wall body, limiting plates which are parallel to the mounting plates and support plates which are fixedly connected between the mounting plates and the limiting plates, the lower parts of the insulation boards are inserted into containing grooves, then the insulation boards are placed, and the insulation boards are installed layer by layer from bottom to top, and the limiting parts of the limiting plates are abutted against first limiting grooves in the upper parts of the insulation boards; and (S3) laying fiberglass gridding cloth on the outer surfaces of the insulation boards, and laying adhesive layers on the fiberglass gridding cloth. The construction process has the effect of effectively shortening the construction period of the insulation outer wall.
