The invention discloses a concrete floor post-cast strip back-jacking supporting method. The supporting method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a plurality of constructional columns are arranged at the bottom of a beam and the bottom of a top plate at a concrete floor post-cast strip respectively; b, after concealed engineering acceptance of the beam and the top plate, the edges of the constructional columns, the beam, the top plate beam and the beam columns are poured together, and the constructional columns, the top plate, the beam and the beam columns form a whole; and c, the post-cast strip is completely sealed, concrete is poured, the constructional columns are chiseled and cleaned after the concrete strength meets the design requirement. The concrete floor post-cast strip back-jacking supporting method has the advantages that the floor post-cast strip back-jacking supporting structure is simple, construction is convenient, the quality leakage risk possibly caused by post-cast strip support replacement is avoided, the occupied amount of steel pipe fasteners is reduced, and the construction site is more attractive and neat.
