A plurality of size positioning rods are arranged in the discharging pipeline and in the center hole of the air bag ring, the size positioning rods are arranged in the axial direction of the discharging pipeline, the multiple size positioning rods are evenly distributed with the center axis of the discharging pipeline as the center, and a barrel-shaped supporting frame is defined by the multiple size positioning rods; the multiple size positioning rods are driven by the driving device to synchronously move in the radial direction of the discharging pipeline, the device can easily adapt to cement filling and conveying pipes of various sizes, a large number of components do not need to be replaced or adjusted, the working efficiency of constructors is improved, and time and labor cost are saved.
