The embodiment of the invention provides a high-altitude large-diameter pipeline sliding device. The high-altitude large-diameter pipeline sliding device comprises a guide rail arranged on a pipeline support, a sliding trolley arranged on the guide rail and a pipe support arranged on the sliding trolley, wherein a jack support is additionally arranged on the outer side of the guide rail located above the pipeline support; the pipe support comprises a bottom plate, vertical plates, a jacking force plate and an arc-shaped plate; the vertical plates are vertically fixed to the bottom plate in the arrangement manner that the middle portions are low and the two sides are high; the arc faces where the top ends of the vertical plates are located are matched with the arc-shaped plate; the arc-shaped plate is fixed to the vertical plates; and the jacking force plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the outer side faces of the vertical plates on the outer sides of the two sides of the bottom plate. By means of the scheme provided by the embodiment, when a large-diameter pipeline on a roof is replaced and installed, under the situation that no enough crane standing space exists along the pipeline on the roof of a large workshop, a crane passing channel does not need to be dismounted in a workshop structure, the large-diameter pipeline installing efficiency is improved, and the installing cost is reduced.
